Orders are packed and shipped within 1 - 3 working days, and you can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days based on your country and city. A tracking link will be provided to monitor the movement of your watch.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no hidden fees! What you see at checkout is what you pay. For extra peace of mind, you can choose Trevit Cover+ at checkout, which includes benefits like return shipping coverage for change of mind returns and protection against lost or stolen packages post-delivery.

Great news: all applicable tariffs and duties have already been fully paid, so you won’t owe anything when your Trevit Smartwatch arrives.

Trevit Cover+ is our optional shipping protection add-on you can select at checkout. It gives you extra peace of mind by covering:

• Free return shipping for change-of-mind returns within 14 days from delivery
• Replacement for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered (after you complete our verification steps)

Keep in mind: Trevit Cover+ must be selected at checkout for coverage to apply. It’s a great way to protect your order beyond our free standard shipping!

We either use your local postal carrier or private couriers depending on your location and how fast we need to get your order to you. Private couriers don't deliver to P.O. Boxes, so we recommend using a residential or business address when placing your order.

However, if you absolutely need to deliver to a P.O. Box, please reach out to us with your address first so we can confirm it'll be successfully delivered.

We work with various couriers depending on your country. In most cases, your local postal service will handle delivery. However, if we can get your order to you quicker using a different courier, we will make that switch. Your tracking page and link will always reflect the most up-to-date information.

Please contact us right away! If the order hasn't been shipped, we may be able to change it. If not, we'll reach out to the carrier to see if it can be adjusted. Please, note this may not be possible, especially if the package is being returned to us. A re-delivery attempt may also incur a fee.

Orders are processed daily at 5 PM Pacific Time (PCT), Monday through Friday. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help! However, once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen due to customs or regional disruptions beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via chat, our contact form, or by emailing support@trevit.store. We’ll immediately look into the issue and provide an update. If it still hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after the estimated date, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

If your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please wait 2 business days to ensure it wasn't scanned early. Check with your neighbours, housemates, or anyone else in your household who may have received it on your behalf. Additionally, we recommend contacting the courier service to confirm the delivery details. If you’re still unable to locate the package, reach out to us at support@trevit.store. While our policy states that delivered items are the customer’s responsibility unless Trevit Cover+ was selected at checkout, we’ll gladly assist by asking the courier for further details, filing an official report/claim, and providing other resolutions.

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please fill out this request form as soon as possible (within 14 days from delivery). Once the submitted information has been reviewed and approved, we’ll assist you with a full refund or replacement.

To keep your Trevit Smartwatch in optimal condition, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, water, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods. While it is initially water-resistant, it's not permanent. If using a silicone wrist strap, regularly clean it with a damp cloth to maintain its appearance.

For defective, missing or incorrect items, please fill out this request form within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a refund/replacement.

Change-of-mind returns can be made worry-free to our Canadian address within 14 days of receipt! Because The Trevit Smartwatch is an electronic device, every return goes back to our facility to be tested, inspected and repackaged before it can be restocked, which carries a 10% inspection and repackaging fee. We're a small business without return centres in every country we ship to, so returns do come with a shipping cost on your end, unless you selected Trevit Cover+ at checkout. The final refund amount depends on the condition of the return; to receive a full refund (minus the 10% fee), the product must be unused and in its original packaging. You can request a change-of-mind return through this request form.
